Screen Resolution

What is the best size to design your site in? I don't want anyone to have
to scroll across the page to view it. What is a good size for everyone. I
don't use pixel size but use percentages, such as tables at 80%.

Nearly one third of internet users have their screen resolution set to
800x600, and many more use a browser opened in a small window, so
designing for a browser opened to 800px (760px available for the
site - 40px taken by chrome and scrollbars.) is probably best.
