I had a fluky thing happen today.
One of the computers in the office suddenly turned the
screen image upside down (rotated 180deg). It may have
been a result of keystrokes (a notebook was dropped on the
keyboard). When the computer starts up, the manufacturer's
screen and "loading Windows" screen is correct. But once
it goes to the Windows login screen, everything is upside
down.
Any ideas?

You need to tell us what brand of video card or adapter you have.
If you happen to have a NVIDIA card or adapter, right-click on
your desktop and select:

Properties > Settings > Advanced > GeForce (tab) > NVRotate
and change the setting to "Landscape (0 degree rotation)".
