Screen goes fussy?

Seems my screen goes fussy and the writing on webpages looks fuzzy/out of sync.
Moving the space bar at the side or bottom sometimes cures it?
Could it be i need the latest drivers for G/C or that the monitor is on it's way out?

[And i may have posted about this before but forget at my age!]

Downloaded latest drivers and all seems ok, so far.
