Hi Ofer,
I'm glad SP2 fixed the title bar flicker for you.
I suspect that since the flicker you see when your application closes
depends on the program underneith your application, it may be up to that
application (in this case the programs listing app) to prevent the flicker.
Does it matter how you end your application - (using Application.Exit vs.
closing your main form)? Do you not see the flicker when your program is
minimized? Do you see the flicker when you start another non-.NetCF
application from the programs screen and close it?
