Invoke the system control panel and look for desktop background change. You
will find the settings for the desktop background.
However, the question remains, how could the picture change?

Go to the display options and see if there is an option to rotate
display. If so, assure that it is set for the mode you prefer.

The screen display will change every time you press Ctrl.Alt.+arrow. It can
be undone by Ctrl.Alt.+reversed arrow. My questions: how can this
shortcut/setting be undone?
