Screen brightness control

where is this control feature in Win XP Home?

I found it last week and now cannot locate the dialog box
which allows adjustment of screen brightness.

HELP I'm going blind!!!!
 
This newsgroup deals with Win2000. But try pressing the buttons on the
front of the monitor to adjust the brightness.
