After looking at what is currently available, I have finally decided
to retire my Epson 1270 to buy an Epson R800 printer. I am doing this
to create an extremely long lasting photo scrapbook for my two adult
children and their families. I know the Epson photos should last the
lifetimes of even my youngest grandchildren and beyond if stored
properly. However, I need information regarding the other materials
involved in this project including all album materials such as paper,
photo sleeves, the album itself etc so the album and photos will last
as expected. I would appreciate any advice. I would also like
recommendations on who has the best price on the printer and these
materials as well. Thank you all.

Epson makes scrapbooking paper. The pages are rated to last 200 years. I
suggest visiting the Epson website, go to craft projects and there is an
entire section on scrapbooking.

The key thing to keep in mind is everything should be acid free for long
archival life.
