Where I can find a SCR-Freeware "Bavarian Clock"?

A "Bavarian Clock" is a clock which is showing the time/the
hands "upside down". It seems you look to a clock through a
mirror.

Not Bavarian, but it goes counterclockwise and has a *very* weird way of
counting time

And that one needs a Windows Customizer, because it is a plugin or
similar thing

The free version of WinCustomize is at

Have a look at http://www.panaga.com/clocks/clocks.htm
There's an Irish (Backward) Clock listed.
