When opening into a new window (internet explorer)I get this message (SCORM
VIEWER is already open)

This is affecting other parts of programs example :
1. right click disk shortcut ,prperties,find target. results nothing happens
tihis is any shortcut.
2. email yahoo open compose click inset adress result nothing happens.

I'm a dsl yahoo user email yahoo insert address works

I'm also use netscape 7.1 email yahoo insert address works
Tried to reinstall IE and get th following message:
A previous installation has pending work requiring a reboot. You need to
restart your computer to complete that installation before running IE Setup.
Results :after rebooting still will not run setup program.
3. I had to use netscape to get this window open to open in order to send
this request.

Any help please

First eliminate any scumware.
