Scopy utility

Hello
The scopy utility works fine between copying directories
and NTFS permissions between NT 4 servers.
Does anyone know whether this utility works well to
migrate data between two Windows 2000 servers??
if not is there a utility for windows 2000 for this
purpose.

Check out the new options in XCOPY, for instance using the /O and /E
switches will copy your data, including ACL and ownership information.

robocopy does a pretty good job too
