Schema modification

I try to modify a classes in the schema but I got the
following error: The role owner attribute could not be
read.


I'm logged with schema admins and enterprise admins
priviliges on the schema master role holder server.

Any ideas ?

If this is Windows 2000, have you changed the Schema Master from its default
read-only configuration to change-enabled?

My apologies but I'm confused by your question, are you trying the move
the Schema FSMO role to another Domain Controller or modify the content
of the Schema?
