Schema admin shows deleted

Hi,
We are moving from Exchange 5.5 SP4 to Exchange 2003 on Win2k server. We have 2 DC but when running some of the prep utilities it comes back with Schema Admin Deleted in the logs. How can I recreate it since there doesn't appear to be one to seize?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I'm not sure what you mean by the Schema Admin. Are you
refrencing the Schema Master within AD? Post an error
code or message and I can help you out better.
