Scheduling wifes shifts

My wife works 2 weeks on then gets 2 weeks off. I wanted to put this into
Outlook so I could see if she's on or off at a later date. Any idea's how?

Two appointments set to Weekly every 4 weeks every day of the week.

Its not pretty; but, it should work.
Create two recurring appointments, one for each week she is working, select
the days of the week and set the recurrence for every four weeks.
