I would like to set certain software to run as a "scheduled task". The
problem is that this software has one main ".exe" program which when run
requires appropriate on-screen mouse clickings to cause the actual task to
run. Perhaps, I have to append something additional to the path
specification at the time of scheduling . or is that only true if the
software itself was written in a way that it could be run as a scheduled
task?

How can I schedule software actually run the desired task and not just
display the initial start-up screen waiting for someone to move the mouse
and click the right things?

What is the program that you want to schedule? Maybe someone has already
solved the problems that you are facing.

Each of the following:

1) Spybot - Search & Destroy, 1.2.0.8
2) Ad-aware 6 core application, 6.0.1.181
3) Registry Mechanic, 2.0.0.1

[Note: 2 and 3 are the freeware versions (1 has nothing but a freeware
version)]

I would like to schedule each of these to do searches.
