scheduling task for multiple days at different times

Is it possible to schedule a task that would span multiple days, and on those days occur at different times?
 
Probably the easiest way is to create it once, then drag and drop (holding
down CTRL so that it copies) onto the other dates/times. You can't
automatically do a recurring appointment that occurs at different times of
day.
