Scheduling Resources

Hi there!
I set up our conference rooms as reources in our GAL, and it was working
great for a little while, but then all of a sudden last week, things changed
(nothing was installed or changed as far as new software). Now, when we
select the conference room as a resource, it is autmatically putting the room
in the 'To' field rather than the resources field, and causing conflicts.
This is also then not allowing us to schedule the meeting until we remove the
conference room from the 'To' field. Has anybody seen this before or have
any ideas on what I can do to make this work again? Thanks!
 
What do you mean Automatically putting it in the To... field?

I click a Resource and put it in the right spot easilly.

Exactly what it says Judy. When you are in the dialog box selecting
recipients, and you choose people in the 'To' Filed, and then choose the
conference room and put that in the 'Resource' field, things are fine.
However, once you close that dialog box and get back to the main calendar
itam, the conference room is in the 'To' field and it should not be.
