I would like to know whether there are any programs or scripts that when a
Windows Schedule is performed successful or failed an email notification is
sent informing the user whether the schedule was successful or unsuccessful.
Do you know ?

I am looking for that kind of thing. Will it notify you if a task is missed
because of computer is not running at that time ?
I mean if the computer is off at that time, later when I turn it on will
it notify me that the task is missed.

Not email, but the following website has a tweak that you can perform that
will give a pop up alert if a scheduled task does not run.

Receive Notification of Missed Tasks (All Windows) at Registry Guide for
Windows:
http://www.winguides.com/registry/display.php/1279/

I noticed that there is a option in the "Advanced" menu of scheduled tasks
that allow to do the same thing just by a tick.

Yes, the notification for a missed task will only display the next time you start/reboot the computer.
Go to Control Panel and open the Scheduled Tasks folder. Right click your task and select Properties from the menu. Make sure that "Run only if logged on" is unchecked on the Task page. Next, click on the Settings tab. Make sure you've checked "Wake the computer to run this task" if the computer will be in Standby overnight.

Yes, this is the same as the registry tweak that I posted. Ticking that option can be flakey, so it is a good idea to check that registry setting.
