Scheduling for other people in Outlook - everyone gets the invitat

We have Office 2003 at my work place and when one person schedules an
appointment and invites another co-worker, everyone in our sales group gets
the message. Anyone else have this problem, and if so how can we fix it?
 
THis sounds like someone has set up the sales group as a delegate for their mailbox. Check the settings on each person's Tools | Options | Delegates tab.
