Scheduling bug

There is a bug in the scheduling so that whatever time
you choose in the pm it deducts 12 hours from it so
automatic scans can only be scheduled in the am.
 
This bug is seen on any system with a 24 hour clock format set.

To work around it, reset the clock format to a 12 hour format, set the
schedule time to the desired afternoon time, then reset the clock format
back to the 24 hour format.

If you are not using a 24 hour format in English (United States) locale, a
quick way to accomplish this is to reset the language to English (United
States) make the schedule setting, then reset the language to your normal
choice. This works because the default clock format in English (United
States) is a 12 hour format.
