When creating a meeting request for anytime after January
31st 2004 I and all other staff are unable to see the
schedule of the invitees.

Any dates before this are OK.

Has anybody else had this problem, I can find nothing on
the Microsoft site.

I'm experiencing the same issue for all of our users.
I'm going to ask around beyond Microsoft since they
haven't answered yet and will post the answer if I find
it.

You have to change your settings in Outlook. Follow these steps:

- Open Outlook
- Tools
- Options
- Calendar Options
- Free/Busy Options
- Publish "change this to" anything baove 2. Mine is set at 6.
- You will then have to wait until your server is updated. How lon
depends on how many minutes it is set to. You can see how long on th
line below the one you will be changing.

I hope this helps you out :

I created a ticket with Microsoft and for now your
suggestion is the only resolution to date. Here is the
actual email from Microsoft:

"Tracy, I have performed some tests on my side and I
reproduced this issue. It seems that Outlook cannot
retrieve the correct free/busy information from Exchange
server. However, I noticed that if we change the
free/busy time scale that we publish, we can view the
free/busy information later as Dec 1st, 2004. I
understand that this is not a solution to this problem.
However, I think it is a workable workaround.

Please try the following steps,

1. Open Outlook
2. Go to Tools | Options
3. Click "Calendar Options." under "Preferences" tab.
4. Click "Free/Busy Options"
5. Input "12" months and click OK.

Please wait a while until this setting is updated to
server and check again."
