I need a senario where group calendaring could be used in a professional
setting to schedual appointments in a way that would reduce wait time.

Is there a particular reason why you didn't respond to my answer to your earlier post on this subject in which I requested more informaton?

I am sorry, I thought I would need to put it in another post.
Here is the best way I can explain what I am looking for.

Consider the future application of information management and group
calendaring. Imagine enhancements that would eliminate places where we
typically have to "wait our turn" today . Provide a specific scenario where
group calendaring could reduce or eliminate wait times, and describe how it
would work.

I hope this is the information you need to help me.

You first need to define what you mean by "group calendaring." That expression can have more than one meaning in the context of Outlook.

If I understand correctly, you're asking for input into future enhancements for whatever you define as "group calendaring" in Outlook? I don't have the time to spare to indulge in that kind of speculation, but maybe once you describe your goal more fully someone else will.

Note that the main purpose of this forum is for people seeking assistance with Outlook calendar issues to post questions about their problems and receive answers.

Well don't bother indulging then, I am sorry to wast the time of someone so
rude and I wont use this form again.
You seem so smart you but you have no idea what a group calendar is so maybe
I wouldn't want your answer to this question.

Why should someone else do your schoolwork for you?

How can asking for more informaton in a forum like this be considered rude? I have at least three ideas of what a group calendar is, but only yours counts. It's a fact of life that if you want clear answers, you need to ask clear questions.

I am not looking for someone to do my work for me. I am looking for someone
that knows how you would use group calendaring and could give me an example
to go by. I have never used outlook before and I have searched the Microsoft
web site and can't find what I need to know. I have only trying to explain
what I am looking for.

Well, the way you worded the question sure sounded like you were quoting
some homework assignment.
