Go to start/config/Country settings
Change Language to US Inglisch.
Close with OK or Apply
Open MSA change all your time settings the way you wont.
Then go back to set your default Language.
MSA will scan and update on the right time!

Can you change any other settings in the program successfully (i.e. they
"stick?")

If not, I'd try an update install: Be sure that you are on the latest build
..614 first--see Help, about.

If you aren't, get that here:

If upgrading to the current build doesn't fix it, do Control Panel, add or
remove programs, Microsoft Antispyware, change, update.

Let us know whether either of those steps fixes the issue.

Hello!! I wanted thanks you for the suggestion that you
have given to diana. I have followed it procedure and
schedule scan he works to the hour that tax!!! Thanks
and hello Maury (Italy)

Thanks for the confirmation, Maury.

Let me see if I have this right:

You are in Italy, with a locale set for Italy, and a 24 hour time setting.
Your language is Italian.

You change the language setting to US english and set the scan time, and
then change the language back to Italian.

And the scan setting remains correct and works properly?

If you check the newly revised download page, the requirement of English for
the beta is more prominently stated than previously--although it has always
been there.

I do wonder about the UK folks who are seeing this, though--I'm gonna go
suggest this fix.

I'm a 'UK folk' and have problems with the scheduled scan. It changes the
time after 12:00 to the morning equivalent e.g. 14:00 to 02:00. Somebody
suggested changing the 24 hr clock to a 12 hr clock and that seems to have
fixed the problem although it is inconvenient. I prefer a 24 hr clock on my
PC for all sorts of reasons.

Will this be fixed in the near future?

John

I would not expect this to be fixed before beta2, although I could be proved
wrong. There is more than one 24 hour time format as I recall, and I only
tested one of them. It might be worth trying the other(s?)--to see how the
beta behaves, but I'm not hopeful. One regular here reports no problem with
a 24 hour clock, but I'm not sure he's looked at the issue properly.
