Scheduling a recurring resource

Users in my company have been unable to schedule a
recurring resource and I do not know how or where to
change the settings, if possible, to allow them to do so.
I can set up a recurring resource if I log into Outlook
as that resource, but a user, scheduling a meeting,
invites attendees and the resource and tries to set the
meeting as recurring, without success. Is this a
permission issue for the user or what?

Thanks,
Chip Spear

You need to set the resource to accept recurring meetings. Open the resource
mailbox, then open the calendar options under tools->options. Under
Resource Scheduling, check the first and second box. Okay out. Then right
click on the Calendar folder and select properties. On the Delegates tab,
ensure that the default permissions are set to at least author.
