Scheduler problems

have an all in wonder x800xt and 9.13 was frezzing so tech said to
install 9.06 but I can go through all the processes but scheduler
won't start at time I set. The one touch record works fine. I have
unistalled everything along with usung all the software removal
software tools the tech sent me but after every reinstall still
scheduler doesn't start

Run Windows Scheduler and delete anything put their by MMC.
If that doesn't do it, do a clean up per instructions at ati.com/install.
