Scheduler and Input Connector

Every time I schedule a program to capture using the scheduler it
doesn't select the input connector that I selected when I set up the
schedule. I use a composite Inputer connector as my choice but when
Scheduler fires up the Personal Recorder it uses the Analog Inputer
Connector.

Any thoughts as to what is causing this?

what if u set the input in a start up file
