Scheduled Tasks Replacement

I was looking for a software to replace the scheduled tasks. Specfically, I
need a software to run the programs after they perform their tasks back to
back instead of at a specific time. For example I would like to scan all of
my hard drives using norton antivirus and the minute that task is complete I
would like to defrag my hard drive using diskeeper and then when that's
completed I would like to shut my PC off. I know you can use the Schedule
Tasks feature in Windows, but sometimes I need to run commands that I can't
program in Schedule Tasks. Any recommendations?
