Scheduled Tasks Failed after FB of DST

Under XP-Pro, tasks which were scheduled (via AT) to run
on a regular basis, ran correctly prior to Oct 26th.
After FB of DST, all tasks generate "Access Denied"
errors. Re-establishing the tasks (via AT), allows
scheduled tasks to run cleanly once again.

How can this problem be corrected such that one does not
have to attend to the problem on SF or FB of DST? Have
been unable to find articles which suggest corrections -
has no one experienced this problem?
 
Did you happen to change your password on Oct 26? If the password of the
account (that the scheduled task is supposed to run order) changes, you need
to update the password in the scheduled task too (right-click scheduled
task, go to Properties).
