Scheduled Tasks and No Password

I know that Task Scheduler won't run a task on an account that has no
password, but I'm looking for a work around.

Basically, the computer is for public use, routinely accessed by about 15
different people who all use the same account called "Everybody", and it's a
non-admin account that doesn't have a password. I myself have an admin
account with a password, and I want to set up cleanmgr to run on
"Everybody".

I like XP's password requirement, because it prevents all those other people
who use the computer from goofing it up. Any ideas?
