scheduled task does not appear on screen ...

hi,
i am having problem in scheduling tasks in windows 2000 server.Say for
example i have scheduled the calculator application to run at 2 PM. At the
schedule time i can see the calc.exe process appearing in the processes list
(in Task Manager) but the calculator window does not appear on screen. This
is happening in win2k server. Though it works perfectly in win2k pro and i
can see the window appearing on screen in it.

any ideas ?

Is it running in the context of the logged on user?
If not, it is hidden by default.
