Scheduled Scans - 12:00 PM problem

I have scheduled our scans for 12:00 PM, but everytime I
close the program it has been changed to 12 AM
instead....Why won't it keep the 12PM schedule?

I found the same problem. I assumed that happen because
my Locale was set to French (Canada). I changed my
Locale to English (USA) but the bug was still there.

No--this is a genuine bug--not locale related.
