My scheduled scan insists on reverting to 12 hour format.
If I set the scan time to 22.00 it changes it to 10.00AM.
Help please

Hello Michael,
try this:

Go to start/Control Panel/Country settings
Change Language to US Englisch.
Click on Apply
Open MSA change all your time settings the way you wont.
Click on "Update Schedule"
Then go back to set your default Language.
MSA will scan and update on the right time!
Don't Click "Update Schedule", anymore, then it go's back to the AM
times again!

Guess what. I read forward a few pages and found the
answer. Changed Region/Language to English US, re-set the
schedule and changed back to Enlish U. Scan now runs at
11.00PM.

Many thanks Tom. I already sorted it, as you can see from
the other reply to myself ho ho. I guess I should have
read a few more of the previous messages instead of just
assuming I was the only one with this problem.
Cheers and Beers. Have fun
Michael

Guys,
I'm having the same problem. The computer was already set
to English US so I changed it to something else, tried
altering MSA schedule but nothing happens, I changed back
to English US then tried again but still no luck.

Do you have any idea?

Thx

It is not "English US" that is needed. What is needed is the time-format to
be set to 12-hour AM/PM format. Some contributors here recommend setting
the locale to "English US", because "English US" by default has a 12-hour
AM/PM time-format. However, any user of the "Englsih US" locale can
configure a 24-hour time-format, which would give the MSAS schedule problem.
In this case, the recommendation of setting "English US" will not give a
fix.

To set a schedule in MSAS:

1. Close MSAS
2. In control panel "Regional and Language Options", button "Customize", tab
"Time", configure a 12-hour AM/PM time format, OK to close the control
panel.
3. Open MSAS, configure your desired schedule in 12-hour AM/PM format, click
"Save", close MSAS.
4. In control panel "Regional and Language Options", button "Customize", tab
"Time", re-configure your preferred 24-hour time format, OK to close the
control panel.

Then your scheduled event should occur at your desired time, even if the
displayed time in MSAS looks wrong.
