Scheduled Scan

I have my computer set to use 24 hour clock and whene ver
I try to set the scheduled scan to 19:00:00 (07:00 PM) it
automatically resets to 07:00 AM.
Has anyone seen this problem and know how to fix it??

Configure Windows into a 12-hour time format.
Set your schedule as required AM or PM.
Configure Windows back into 24-hour time format.
