I am desperately seeking help with my scheduled maintenance
not running. I cannot do disc cleanup or defrag at all!
Have tried all help and troubleshoot suggested in Microsoft
help. Have posted in this newsgroup with NO replies. I am
surprised no one has a solution. If anyone does have a
clue, please let me know.
Thanks, Debie

What is the error message you get ? When you go to
control Panel->Scheduled tasks-> Advanced-> VIew log, it will contain
detailed history of each task you have created.

Note that you would need password for the account you use to schedule task
as.
You can set a password for the account under control panel->User accounts.

You could also create a different user with password only to schedule tasks.
