Schedule Recurring Email Send

I have a message that I need to transmit weekly (Fridays
at 9:00 AM) to a group of people.

I know there is a way to schedule a single email to be
sent at a pre-determined time. But can I schedule an
email to be sent at a predetermined time on a recurring
basis?
