Schedule fequent Live Update for NAV CE?

I want to schedule multiple Live Update on our NAV CE 7.6. The built in
scheduler only provides for a daily update. I want to schedule it for more
frequent (2-4 hours). We got bit once with a virus that came in an hour
before the regularly scheduled update occurred.

This explains how to create a Script to download the
latest 'Intelligent Update' File.

Set up a Scheduled Task/s to invoke the script.

We find that the signatures file is updated every day as
opposed to the weekly 'Live Update' file.
