Schedule computer to wake itself?

I'm wondering if I can go into setings and configure my
computer to wake itself in the morning. If so, could I
have it play a cd as a quasi radio alarm?

Ah hell, can it just wake itself up and make me
breakfast? ;^)

I use a program called Black Alarm Clock on my computer...
it can beep, play a WAV file, play an MP3 file, play a CD,
run a program, log off, reboot, shut down, or power off at
a time specified by you. If you're looking for a computer
alarm, this would do it for you

If you mean from "power off" - yes - some (most) good system BIOSes do have
a feature where they will turn on the machine at a certain time each day.
