Schedule a meeting for someone else without blocking out my time?

In Outlook 2003 Professional: How do I schedule a meeting (that I am not
attending myself) and not have it block the time on my calendar?

I schedule/coordinate/facilitate meetings for my supervisor, but when others
try to schedule meetings with me, the meetings I am not attending are still
reserved on my calendar, thereby making me appear less available than I am.

Did your IT staff add your supervisor's mailbox to your Outlook? If yes,
log onto the supv mailbox and make the appointment.

Yes. The only problem is that because I'm coordinating the meetings, it is
my responsibility to track the accepts/declines. If I schedule through the
sup's calendar, s/he also gets copies of the accepts/declines, needlessly
clogging the sup's mailbox...
