I'd like to be able to copy my outlook.pst file which is on my hard drive to
another drive (my network drive that is automatically backed up). I don't
want to have to do this manually everyday.

Is there a way to automatically copy a specific file to a specific
destination drive (that will be the same each time)?

Take a look at Second Copy from www.centered.com. This is an excellent,
affordable backup program that I use a lot for clients.
