The default for "Notify me again in ..." on task reminder popups is 5
minutes". Can I change that to something else?

Egads!!! Does someone still use that application that was extinct pre-2000? If you can't find an answer in the Microsoft Knowledge Base Library, I am afraid that you will be waiting for a long time for a response since that has been obsolete for almost a decade.

Maybe it is obsolete but I just upgraded from Schedule+ 1.0 and now
have a program that imported all of my old tasks, was free, doesn't
require me to use Microsoft Outlook and meets my needs just fine.

Besides, this was your more encouraging comment when I asked about
Schedule+ 7.0 last year:
not?<<<<
