Can I create a "Scene Selection" or "Clip Selection" menu at the beinning of
my movie?

I want to randomly playback selected clips from my DVD movie.

Thx...
 
What program are you using? If you mean you want to burn a DVD that will
play random scenes, you'd need a pretty sophisticated authoring software to
do that.
