Scene Selection & Chapters

Once I have created a movie using Movie Maker and before I burn the movie
using Nero to DVD...how and where do I define Scene Selection and Chapters?

It's not done in Movie Maker, but in your DVD software.... in Movie Maker,
you can split the video into different parts and save them as separate files
for your DVD software (if needed).

How do you split the project and save it as multiple projects?

You edit them in smaller segments than you did the overall movie... using
the same methods as you used when making the larger project.
