Scavenging

Hi, i want to know about Scavenging. I've read that statics records are not
deleted with scavenging. It´s true? How can i see statics records? Are Ok
the default values? In the server properties, in scavenging period, 15 days
is OK with refresh period in 7 days and no-refresh period in 7 days?

Yes, it's true. It would make sense to do that but it does
make sense to remove "abandoned" dynamic records.
How can i see statics records?

In the DNS Management MMC usually. Start\Run: dnsmgmt.msc

ALL of the records, static and dynamic will show there.
Are Ok the default values?

Check the SOA record -- in the Zone (right-click) properties for your
zone, e.g., domain.com

That's probably fine. The mistake people made (I did it once too) is
setting these too low. Yours are fine.

It's better than my Spanish or Portuguese (or pretty much anything else I
try to speak besides English. <grin> )
