Sorry, having a little trouble understanding your request.
What it appears you are saying is that if your computer Primary DNS Suffix
is "domain.com" and the computer name is "computer", then it will register
that information into the "domain.com" zone, which is default behavior of
W2k and newer machines. If this records is registered, then scavenging will
not clean it out. If DHCP registers the record, then DHCP owns the record
and will be dependant on DHCP to update or delete it.
