Maybe his ISP is having a problem.

When I went there, it took a long time to load, and then the page was not
normal. A lot of stuff was missing on the page.

I think all I got was the basic HTML. No links and no style sheet.

I think every ISP is having some problem the last few days <g>

I am not aware of any problem with the web server. I will certainly keep
an eye on it, perhaps I just dont know, but it does appear to be working
normally.

However what is not normal lately is that my email is receiving about 500
virus attachment files a day (in addition to the considerable normal spam
load). All servers are loaded from the current Novarg virus flood, surely
yours too. It is currently a very big deal, and large ISP surely have an
extreme problem due to this temporary load.

I've been leaving my PC powered up overnight checking email the last few
nights to sidestep the initial power up load of email virus waiting in the
morning. Sometimes broadband just isnt enough. I bet if I had dialup, this
load would totally shut it down. The only pleasure comes from
contemplating appropriate punishment for the guilty. <g>

I imagine that all routers and servers along the path are also abnormally
overloaded due to the Novarg virus flood. But my web server itself
appears to be responding normally. At least I dont see any problem with
it, but I am accessing it via a good but smaller local ISP, perhaps less
affected than larger ISP, due to smaller volume.
