I have an HP All In One 1610 and found out that I can't scan using the one-touch button on the scanner, but rather had to scan into Paint, even though it was a word doc. It worked but isn't exactly what I want to have to do.
Incidentally, I got this info from the HP site.
Edited to add: There is supposed to be a scan/fax option when you go into the startup and then "all programs" menu, but, I can't seem to find it, anywhere.
