Am running Paper Port Ver 8.0 with Visioneer One Touch 7300 Scanner.
Neither Paper Port nor the scanner shows en E-Mail icon in the Send To
Options (Paper Port) or in the scan button configuration (Visioneer
Scanner). Have contacted Visioneer and Paper Port tech sup and no
help. I can scan directly from Paper Port and all buttons on the
scanner (Copy, Scan, OCR, custom) except E-Mail. Any help w/b
appreciated.
 
Download upgrade. I am using PaperPort Deluxe 9. Version 9.0 (9.1.0.497)
and using PaperPort Onetouch 8600. Not sure if it's a free upgrade. I show
an Icon for Outlook Express.

Do you have an email application installed that is compatible with the
PaperPort software?

Thanks for your reply. The odd thing about the problem, which I did
not address in original post, is that I am using Paper Port Ver 9 with
the same Visioneer scanner on another computer, but I don't get the
same problem. Both computers have Windows XPSP2 loaded. Both
computers using Outlook Express Ver 6 which is the only e-mail program
on them.
