I really hope someone can help me. I am running Windows XP Home edition with
service pack 2 and have a Hewlett Packard 1350 inkjet all in one. I can scan
with the Windows software but when tring to scan through the printer I get
the message "an error ocurred communicating with the scanner device. Please
ensure that the scanning device is connected properly and try again" It is
connected and I am pretty sure the USB cable is good because I can print from
other applications. So that leaves me with software. I have the disc the
printer came with. Should iunistall everything and reinstall it? If so
how? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
