My scanner visioneer 6400 work always well with my prior
pc and windows 98. Now with Window XP, I installed it but
never work again, something to do with a driver, I try to
down load the driver, and still doesn't work. It's
possible to do something about it.

and also the installation instructions. Make sure you are following them
correctly.
