scanner

i've searched the web and finally found a driver for my
scanner in xp, but after it installs it tells me to
follow the hints and than it opens the control panel.what
do i do now? i tried using the camera and scanner wizard
but that didnt work either.

Give us a little clue.... what make and model of scanner?

guess that would help, its a accer prisa 620p it uses a
mirascan driver, however there doesnt seem to be any
drivers for xp.

Just to confuse everyone, Acer changed their name to Benq - actually I'm
sure there was another reason, but don't know what it was!
