Scanner problems

I have a new scanner, 4 months, a LexmarkP4330 and when I try to sca
to Photoshop or any photo software, I get the error message:-
"The ordinal 212 could not be located in the dynamic link librar
LTDIS13N.dll."
I have reinstalled the software but no change. Can anyone help please

This is really for windows video problems
Try reinstalling the drivers or updating them for the scanner or contacting
lexmark.
